淤泥固化处理研究进展
摘要:淤泥固化处理是淤泥资源化利用的有效方式之一。主要从淤泥固结体的物理特性、力学特性、淤泥固化机理研究方法和成果等方面,总结了淤泥固化处理的研究进展。主要综述了固化处理对淤泥液限、塑限、塑性指数、密度、容重、粒径、含水率和流动性等物理特性的影响以及含水率、黏粒含量、矿物组成、有机物、固化剂种类和含量、养护龄期、养护环境等因素對淤泥固结体力学特性的影响;然后,基于孔隙液化学性质分析法、微观结构分析法、水分转化法和电阻率法等方法,综述了淤泥固化的机理;最后,根据目前淤泥固化存在的问题,指明了淤泥固化处理未来的研究方向:(1)淤泥脱水-固化-稳定化一体化研究;(2)淤泥固化机理的定量研究;(3)淤泥固结体耐久性方面以及大规模应用等方面研究。

Abstract:
Solidification treatment of dredged silt is one of the effective methods to utilize the silt resource.This paper summarizes the research progress of solidification treatment of dredged silt in terms of the physical and mechanical properties of solidified silt and the methods and results of studies on silt solidification mechanism.It mainly reviews the influence of solidification on the physical properties of silt,such as liquid limit,plastic limit,plasticity index,density,unit weight,particle size,water content,and fluidity,as well as the influence of water content,clay content,mineral composition,organic matter,type and content of solidified agent,curing age,and curing environment on the mechanical properties of solidified silt.Then,it reviews the solidification mechanism based on the methods of chemical property analysis of pore water,microstructural analysis,water transfer method,and resistivity method.At last,in light of the current problems facing silt solidification,it points out the research directions for the future,including (1) integration of dehydration,solidification,and stabilization,(2) quantitative research on solidification mechanism,and (3) study of durability of solidified silt and largescale application in practical engineering.

近年来我国水环境问题突出,江河湖泊水质恶化,污染严重。与此同时,水体中的污染物不断在底泥中累积,并在一定条件下重新释放到上覆水体中,底泥在一定程度上充当了水体的内源污染源。清淤疏浚是河道治理的常用方法之一,然而疏浚过程中不可避免产生大量淤泥。疏浚淤泥一般具有含水率高、压缩性大、粒径细、有机物含量高等特点,如果不能及时妥善的处理,不仅占用大量的土地资源,还会造成严重的二次污染。淤泥的资源化利用是疏浚淤泥处理与处置的最终出路。淤泥固化处理是淤泥资源化利用的有效方式之一,它是指向淤泥中加入一定量的固化材料,改善淤泥的理化性质和力学性能,将其转变成满足一定承载力要求的土体,应用到堤防工程、道路工程、填方工程和绿化工程中[13]。国内外学者对淤泥固化展开了一系列研究,取得了许多成果。本文主要从淤泥固结体的物理特性、力学特性等方面介绍淤泥固化研究取得的进展,并综述目前淤泥固化机理的研究方法和相关成果。在此基础上,提出淤泥固化处理今后的发展方向。
