Numerical Simulation of Water-cooled Multi-head Cooler Based on FLUENT

Abstract:The physical and mathematical models of the three-dimensional model of water-cooled multi-head cooler are established. The numerical simulation of the cooler is carried out by using Fluent software and standard turbulence model. The analysis shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual situation. This method provides a theoretical reference and scientific basis for the design and optimization of water-cooled multi-head cooler.
